Dallas Arboretum Sewell Boardroom
The Dallas Arboretum Sewell Boardroom is a very exclusive meeting space named and supported by the Sewell family. The Sewell family owns many car dealerships in the DFW (Dallas, Fort Worth area) today and has for a very long time through generations! They are known for great customer service at all their dealerships.
The system used before was a system on a cart with a generic 55-inch display, we replaced it with a system more suited to the prestige and amenities when the boardroom is occupied by Dallas Arboretum staff or someone who is renting the boardroom. Below is the list of equipment in this up-to-date system.
The Sony Bravia Professional display has 4K resolution with an incredible picture! It is paired with a Clickshare CX-30 for wireless presenting, a Bose VB1 with cameras and microphones built in for video conferencing and Bose quality sound. A local HDMI input is included on a Liberty Cable input plate with a TP Link switch, (2) Strong Versa plates for device mounting all devices on the back of the display. With all equipment protected by a two stage PDX surge protector from M.A.A. to keep all equipment safe from bad voltage.
The entire display and devices are connected to the customer’s LAN for an internet connection and hung with a Peerless mount system with cathedral mount.
